Credence ID,LCC is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and focuses exclusively on mobile biometrics and credential reading technology delivering an easy-to-use ID platform which consists of hardware and the Credence SDK for Android developers. The company possesses extensive technical expertise in projects involving mobile fingerprint, iris, facial recognition and credential reading technologies, and offers a broad line of mobile products capable of enrollment, identification, and verification. In biometrics there are several solutions, but none address the critical need of mobility. For instance, developing countries do not have the luxury of having their population visit centralized offices for enrollment or even to obtain services. The challenge

As a small business in a competitive space, we are always balancing inventory, price, and lead time. Standardizing on a flexible mobile module helped, but customers in this space are looking for both price and lead time considerations with “cash in hand”. It makes for crazy production and delivery schedules sometimes. The pressure on us for aggressive delivery dates translates to pressure on our entire supply chain and quality processes.
