Updated Linux in-kernel support for cellular modules

Techship have committed patches to the Linux in-kernel drivers source code, adding additional out-of-the-box driver support for a set of cellular modules.
The patches are included in the kernel releases starting from 4.20 and 5.0 rc1, but will also be included in patches for a set of Long Time Support kernel versions.

The following products and USB-modes have added support:
- GosunCn Welink ME3630 series (ECM, MBIM modes)
- Simcom SIM7100, SIM7500 and SIM7600 series (MBIM mode)
- Fibocom NL668 and NL678 series (QMI, NCM modes)
- Telit LN94* series (QMI, MBIM modes)
