Pre-study
Based on your business case we will make a review of your application idea, suggested OS platform and products & components. This includes guidance of which technology and wireless module to choose, geographical and mobile operator network use, hardware interfaces etc. Our experts within IoT systems will map possible products. We will provide hardware integration guides, software & drivers for the suggested alternatives. 

Technical Integration Support
Basic studies to get up to speed on your technical platform and suggest designs or solutions to move forward. This includes both hardware and software topics, drivers and interfaces. 

FAE remote sessions
Remote screen sharing where one of our FAEs will monitor and use debug tools and logs to help solving integration problems, identify bugs or any other hardware or software related issues in your application. 

FAE on-site support
One of our FAEs will visit you on-site at your office, R&D centre or customer site to solve integration problems, identify bugs or any other hardware or software related issues. If the issue is related to module hardware / software, we will remotely interact with the manufacturer’s engineers for a solution.
