RMA Request

Is there a problem with a product or shipment we have sent? Our purchasing customers can access the RMA request service and create an RMA request regarding warranty, incorrect items ordered or deliveries etc. Once created the RMA request progress can be tracked and additional comments added through your techship.com account.

Depending on RMA request type, responsible staff, such as technical support engineer or after sales team will process it further and provide necessary RMA return documents once the request is approved. You will also receive notification by e-mail when there is actions needed from your part. If it is not clearly a hardware fault or problem covered by product warranty, please first create a technical support ticket through your techship.com account, explaining the issue and system environment, based on this we will be able to assist further and determine what is the cause of the problem and best solution forward.
