This document is about how to use ZTEWelink wireless modules on Windows 8 or Windows RT to build a connection to the internet. ZTEWelink wireless module can be used on Windows operating systems as a network adapter, it supports Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows 8 and Windows RT. When used on XP/Win7/Vista, user should install drivers so that the operating system can
recognize it. For detailed information about how to install drivers for ZTEWelink wireless module, see other documents provided by ZTEWelink Corporation.
When used on Windows 8 or Windows RT, user needn’t install drivers for wireless module at all. Just follow the instructions below and then you can access the internet. All examples below will use Window 8 as the operating system, which also appropriate for Windows RT.
